Returns

Customers may request a return of physical products within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be complete and include all original components.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • The product must not show signs of excessive use, damage, or missing items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened Products

Products may be opened and inspected. However, returned products must remain complete and in resalable condition.

If a returned product shows signs of excessive use, damage, alteration, or missing components, Everlasting Wave reserves the right to reduce or deny the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable products are final.

By purchasing and accessing a digital product, the customer expressly agrees to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the download or access has been provided.

No refunds are available for digital products after delivery or download.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
